Jamie Shaw has lived and worked on sports projects across five continents over the past two decades. As the Operations Director of Sportfive/EKS, Jamie possesses extensive experience managing diverse teams and complex, highly visible projects. She is deeply dedicated to community improvement, serving as the Chair of the Women’s Influence Network, a co-lead for the Leadership Development spoke for A Bolder Way Forward, a member of SUU’s National Alumni Council, and an Ambassador and Speaker Night Host for Encircle. Outside of her professional and civic roles, she is a dedicated aunt and a lover of books, podcasts, travel, and gardening.

Jamie’s involvement with Ivins Inspired is rooted in her care for the Southern Utah community and her belief in the positive outcomes that occur when people work together. She joined the organization to help create real opportunities for residents to connect, serve, and build a community they are proud to call home. She views the partnerships built with the City of Ivins and other local organizations as one of Ivins Inspired’s greatest successes, establishing the group as a trusted and collaborative partner that supports residents in practical ways.

In an era of increasing polarization and loneliness, Jamie believes that showing up to serve in a local community is a powerful antidote. She sees Ivins Inspired as a welcoming entry point for connection, where working side by side allows people of different backgrounds and perspectives to build trust and bridge divides through shared stories. To continue this growth, Jamie is focused on strengthening local partnerships to amplify collective efforts and staying closely connected with city leaders to ensure the organization remains responsive to the emerging needs of Ivins.
